Methodology
Vertical Velocity includes companies selling AI-powered software for a specific industry when sufficient public data exists to estimate recurring revenue and headcount. ARR per employee equals annual recurring revenue divided by total headcount.
Source priority
Public filings and investor relations, dated company announcements, reputable reporting, then third-party estimates. High, medium, and low confidence labels reflect how directly a source supports a field.
Corrections
Email patrick.mcgovern@bowerycap.com with the URL, disputed field, and dated source. Accepted changes appear in the next report and dataset update.
